| School Description |
"In many ways, what students get in one Ecosa semester is a more holistic understanding of sustainability than they could presently get at any traditional design school."
American Institute of Architects Committee on the Environment 2006 Report
The Ecosa Institute offers semester programs in Sustainable Design and summer workshops in Permaculture and Alternative Construction. Ecosa's educational philosophy is integrative and hands-on. Recommended for design students, professionals and others interested in ensuring a sustainable future.
The institute's mission is to restore health to the natural environment, and thus human environment, through education in design. |
